OT Consulting is an Auckland based company providing solutions to accelerate and excel performance in people, groups, and organizations. Services provided include business & strategy consultation, coaching, personal and professional development.

With a focus to empower ordinary people to become extraordinary versions of themselves, our business philosophy is born from the years of experience and the journey our founder, director and principal consultant Orion Tiatia has endeavored and achieved from his youthful pursuits from Secondary/Tertiary education to fulfilling a career in corporate leading large multi-national organizations to now owning and running multiple successful businesses and investments both nationally and internationally.

The style and approach of our firm stems from a commitment to create a non-hierarchical corporate environment that contributes to encouraging flexibility, unorthodox and diverse engagements that are commonly missing from the solution. This is to encourage a more in-depth dialogue with our client pursuing the deeper roots of core issues to unravel and provide immediate measurable solutions.

Our 4-phase system uses the following processes:

1.Discovery

The pathway to Improving always begins with Understanding the client personally and professionally followed by understanding their business. This discovery session should uncover any issues and challenges. With these discoveries, a solution will be diagnosed, and this activates the second phase.

2.Plan

The plan is designed with the discovered items of where the client would like to be in the future or what improvements are desired of. This coupled with all strategic operations and management components should create a vision for the client. This can be in the form of Business plans, financial forecast, Marketing plans etc. Once the plan is set, an implementation plan is designed and created.

3.Guidance

During the implementation of the designed plans, there will be systems of guidance led by our consultants to monitor and supervise the progress and development of the client and ensure all plans created and designed for following is being implemented smoothly.

4.Assesment

Measurements will be developed to monitor the growth and scalability of the business. This is to ensure we are assisting our clients with meeting their goals and measuring the success of their achievements to confirm value and sustainability in the business. Re-evaluations may lead our teams to recommend further training and development where needed.
